An established litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Law Associate to join their growing West Coast team . This hybrid role is perfect for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings strong experience in Wage & Hour Class Actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex employment litigation matters independently
• Assist with wage & hour class action and PAGA strategy, discovery, motion work, and mediations
• Analyze wage & hour data and prepare detailed legal documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and communicate directly with clients
• Handle all aspects of litigation from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of employment litigation experience (including 2+ years with wage & hour class action/PAGA)
• Licensed to practice in California
• Strong legal writing, research, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and team-minded
• Hybrid role based in San Diego, CA
• In-office at least 2 days/week (Wednesdays + Tuesday/Thursday)
• We will also consider candidates in Orange County and Los Angeles who are willing to travel to downtown San Diego on an as-needed basis.
• Salary range: $160K–$180K , based on experience (4–8 years)
