Litigation Associate or Counsel - Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate or Counsel (5-8+ years) to join a dynamic practice in Los Angeles. This role provides versatile litigation support across key practice areas with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid arrangement. Can be in office or remote, however, must be willing to travel for court appearances.

Key Responsibilities & Practice Support

• Provide high-level litigation support across Commercial/Complex Litigation, IP, and Labor & Employment practices.
• Manage state court litigation matters, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances as needed (travel required).

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of litigation experience (extensive California state court experience required).
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
