Argo is partnering with a leading law firm to identify a Litigation Associate for its Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of litigation matters, with opportunities for significant responsibility and client contact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions and appear in court
- Develop case strategy and maintain client communication
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- Oklahoma bar admission required
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration
