Argo is partnering with a leading law firm to identify a senior Litigation Associate for its Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The senior Litigation Associate will take a lead role in complex litigation matters, with significant client responsibility and opportunities to mentor junior attorneys.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
- Develop case strategy and manage discovery, motion practice, and depositions
- First- or second-chair trial and arbitration experience preferred
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings
- Advise clients directly and manage key client relationships
- Mentor and supervise junior associates
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5-10 years of litigation experience
- Oklahoma bar admission required
- Demonstrated trial, arbitration, or complex motion practice experience
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong leadership and client management abilities
