Litigation Associate (NJ) — Big-Firm Discovery & Courtwork

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a junior to mid-level litigation associate for our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Bar admission in New Jersey or eligibility is required, with residence in the NJ office.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing discovery, and appearing before state and federal courts. Federal clerkship is preferred.
