Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Hands-on experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery
- Experience with preparing witnesses and participating in trials, evidentiary hearings, or arbitrations
- Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure
- Ability xhqgsiq to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Active New York Bar admission required
