Litigation Associate

Forge Legal Recruiting is working with a highly reputable boutique firm in New York City seeking to add a mid-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate (3–6 years) to join their growing Litigation Practice Group. This is opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Hands-on experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery
• Experience with preparing witnesses and participating in trials, evidentiary hearings, or arbitrations
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Active New York Bar admission required
