We are partnering with a well-established, full-service law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort experience to join its Manhattan-based Tort & Insurance Defense practice.

What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation
- Manage depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Provide strategic counsel and take ownership of client matters
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
- Handle multiple assignments independently with strong attention to detail
What You Bring
- J.D. degree with strong academic credentials
- Active New York Bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a plus
- 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
- Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
