Requirements
- JD and strong academic credentials from a top, ABA-approved law school.
- 4 to 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm, handling General Commercial Litigation, Insurance and/or Reinsurance Disputes.
- Strong experience in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with great client management skills.
- Admitted to practice in New York (active member in good standing).
- Ability to work independently.
- The approximate annual base salary for this position is $275,000 depending upon the qualifications of the individual, and level/years of relevant experience. They also offer a discretionary year-end bonus.
