Litigation Associate

Overview

Prestigious Class Action law firm is looking for an Associate to join their Adult Survivors Act team in the New York (Midtown) office. The ideal candidate should have experience practicing in civil litigation, preferably involving sexual abuse matters, and be able to independently carry a caseload to develop their own expertise. Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Practice civil litigation, including cases related to adult survivors of abuse.
• Independently carry a caseload and manage client matters with supervision as appropriate.
• Develop expertise in the relevant practice areas and collaborate with the team to advance matters.
• Contribute to case strategy, documentation, and advocacy as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience practicing civil litigation, preferably involving sexual abuse matters.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and develop expertise.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Juris Doctor and admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to practice in New York).
