Litigation Associate Attorney A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build courtroom and litigation experience in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Prior plaintiff-side experience is not required , though experience in personal injury litigation on either the plaintiff or defense side is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling litigation matters, including motion practice and discovery.
• Excellent courtroom advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience).
