Construction Litigation Attorney | Las Vegas or Reno | Hybrid

$160,000-240,000 base + bonus

A highly regarded Nevada practice is expanding its Construction Litigation team and is looking for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated disputes across one of Nevada's most active sectors.

This role offers the chance to work with contractors, developers, insurers, owners and other major commercial clients while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule .

Your practice will include:

• Delay and disruption claims
• Professional negligence
• Insurance and indemnity disputes
• Mediation, arbitration and trial work
• 3-10+ years' relevant experience
• Construction experience strongly preferred
• Excellent drafting and client-management abilities
