Duties
- Represent clients in products liability defense and other commercial litigation.
- Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Manage document productions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation and complex litigation matters.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
- Willingness to join the Minnesota Bar if admitted elsewhere.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility to obtain it.
