A law firm seeks a Junior to Mid‑Level Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles office. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across various industries, both nationally and internationally.
Duties
- Draft pleadings and briefs
- Conduct legal research
- Manage traditional and electronic discovery
- Assist with or take and defend depositions
- Appear before state and federal courts
Requirements
- Three to five years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred
- Good standing with the CA Bar
- Federal clerkship is a plus
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Certifications
Admission to the California Bar
