A nationally recognized, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its California litigation team, based out of Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Draft, review, and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare witnesses and exhibits for hearings and trial
- Utilize e-discovery platforms and technology-assisted review tools
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal service
Qualifications
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, case file management, E-discovery software and litigation technology
- Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually
Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market conditions. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
