Our client, a national insurance litigation firm with offices across the US including Larkspur, California, is seeking a litigation associate for its Larkspur office to handle lemon law matters.
The Role
- Handle lemon law and related insurance litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients at depositions, mediations, and trial
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of California litigation experience
- Active California Bar membership
- Strong writing and advocacy skills
