Our Atlanta based law firm client is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate (Or Counsel) to join their highly regarded Labor & Employment practice team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years' experience in ERISA* litigation (severance, health & welfare, retirement) matters. This position can be full-time, part-time, or a reduced work, or remote schedule arrangement, and offers the opportunity to handle your own cases and help grow the ERISA litigation side of this practice group.
*This position is also open to candidates with a mixed practice of Labor & Employment and ERISA litigation.
