Responsibilities

• Trial preparation
• Oral argument
• Taking and defending depositions
• Discovery, with strong discovery skills
• Writing and analytical abilities
• Managing day‑to‑day demands of complex litigation

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience, with at least two years in the Litigation group
• Graduate of a nationally recognized law school
• Strong discovery skills, excellent writing and analytical abilities
• Proven capability to manage the day‑to‑day demands of complex litigation
• Admitted to The Texas Bar
