Duties
- Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Manage discovery and prepare for depositions.
- Defend commercial disputes, consumer protection claims, and professional liability claims.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience.
- Experience with Federal Court is a plus.
- Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required.
Education
- JD with excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Current NV Bar admission in good standing.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
