Duties
- Gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience.
- Handle a varied caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability matters.
- Participate in trials and prepare for them.
- Take depositions and work with experts.
- Attend site inspections.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Receive ongoing skills training and shadowing opportunities.
- Engage in real-time coaching on client communication, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Possess strong academic credentials.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
