- Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in oral motion hearings and trials.
- Manage corporate contracts, legal opinions, and by-law amendments.
- Provide regular updates on case status and assignments.
- Maintain an in-office presence for team collaboration.
- Engage in trade organizations, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar; Pennsylvania admission is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
