LHH is working with a highly regarded Wisconsin law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing practice in Green Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex commercial litigation matters while working in a collaborative environment with a strong reputation throughout Wisconsin.
Due to continued growth, the firm is adding to its existing headcount and seeking an attorney who can contribute immediately to a busy and established practice. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2+ years of experience, strong litigation skills, and an interest in developing a long-term career within a firm known for its exceptional attorney retention and partnership opportunities.
About the Role
- Handle sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent businesses, owners, and professionals in a broad range of disputes
- Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage cases through trial or resolution
- Work closely with experienced attorneys in a well-established and growing litigation practice
- Meaningful client contact and responsibility
- Clear path to partnership with a firm that has a strong track record of internal advancement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Experience handling business, commercial, shareholder, contract, employment, real estate, fiduciary, or other complex civil litigation matters
- Strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills
- Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating within a team environment
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
