Litigation Associate – Executive Compensation/Employee Benefits

$235K-390K/yr + Bonus

Our Atlanta based law firm client has an immediate need for an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join their Atlanta headquarters. This firm offers an excellent culture and reputation in every practice area along with hands-on work with industry-leading practices and frequent and direct contact with an impressive client list.

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have between two and six years' experience and a strong background with executive compensation, health and welfare plans, ERISA, retirement plans, and/or M&A matters.

Responsibilities

• Assume immediate responsibility
• Provide excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Engage in mentorship and significant practical training, both formal and informal.
• Work with an impressive list of clients

Qualifications

• Between two and six years' experience in a law firm environment.
• JD from a US accredited law school
• Strong background with executive compensation, health and welfare plans, ERISA, retirement plans, and/or M&A matters.
• Strong academics
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Pay range and compensation package

The compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000 excluding bonus and benefits.
