Responsibilities
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Develop case strategy with partners and experts.
- Work with preeminent medical and scientific experts.
- Prepare for and participate in trials.
- Leverage state‑of‑the‑art legal tech and AI tools that give our attorneys a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending admission) in MD, DC, VA, MA, or NC.
- Ambitious, competitive, and eager to become a courtroom lawyer.
- Entrepreneurial—want control over your growth, earnings, and reputation.
- A strong communicator with excellent writing skills and relentless curiosity.
