A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience, with responsibilities including managing discovery, conducting witness interviews, drafting high-quality legal documents, and appearing in court. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and the confidence to handle a broad range of complex litigation matters.

Experience with federal court litigation is highly desirable, as is exposure to complex commercial disputes, construction litigation, or energy litigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience handling discovery and witness interviews.
• Courtroom experience or a strong desire to develop advocacy skills.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
