Mueller Counts LLP is seeking a motivated and talented Associate or Counsel to join our team of Products Liability litigators. National counsel with forty years of experience representing manufacturers facing high-stakes litigation across the country, we are looking for an attorney with 2+ years of litigation or judicial clerkship experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, the ability to draft and argue motions, manage discovery, handle depositions, collaborate with expert witnesses in areas such as mechanical engineering and human factors, and successfully work as part of a trial team in diverse venues. This position will offer the candidate the opportunity to work closely with experienced and nationally recognized trial attorneys, interact directly with clients, and grow their litigation career in a hands-on environment representing clients in sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements
- JD from accredited law school
- Member of Missouri Bar
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 2+ years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship experience
