Litigation Associate – Consumer Class Actions / False Advertising
A growing plaintiff-side class action law firm focused on consumer protection, false advertising, and corporate accountability is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with approximately 2–4 years of litigation experience .
Our firm represents consumers in high-impact cases against companies that mislead the public through deceptive labeling, marketing, and advertising practices. We are looking for an attorney who wants to do more than just litigate cases—we want someone who is motivated by the opportunity to fight corporate misconduct, protect consumers, and make a meaningful difference.
The ideal candidate is sharp, driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of important work in complex litigation. This position offers hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, expert work, mediation, class certification, and settlement approval.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting complaints, motions, oppositions, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, mediation briefs, and settlement papers;
- Researching consumer protection laws, false advertising theories, class certification issues, damages models, and emerging litigation trends;
- Managing discovery, document review, written discovery, subpoenas, and deposition preparation;
- Assisting with case strategy, factual investigation, expert coordination, and settlement negotiations;
- Working directly with firm leadership on high-stakes consumer class action matters.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred;
- Experience with class actions, consumer protection, false advertising, products liability, complex litigation, or plaintiff-side litigation is a plus;
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills;
- Ability to manage deadlines, take initiative, and work independently;
- Excellent attention to detail and judgment;

Compensation: $130,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience.
