About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team, with a focus on civil defense matters involving trucking, transportation, and/or construction negligence claims. This is an opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes cases for institutional and insurance industry clients.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in tort defense litigation
- Background handling trucking/transportation liability and/or construction negligence/defect matters
- Strong writing, motion practice, and discovery skills
- Comfort managing an active caseload with defense-side clients and insurers
Salary and Other Compensation:
The base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
