The Role: Litigation Associate Attorney
We are seeking a talented Insurance Defense Litigation Associate (2–4 years of experience) to join our downtown Chicago office.
What You’ll Do
- Manage cases independently from inception through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
- Handle discovery and case strategy development
- Communicate effectively with clients through regular reporting
- Perform legal research and analysis
- Stay organized and meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Illinois Bar
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
