Job Summary
As a Litigation Associate at our client's firm, you will play a key role in representing clients in a variety of legal disputes and proceedings, with a focus on insurance defense cases. Working closely with senior attorneys, you will be responsible for all aspects of the litigation process, from conducting research and preparing legal documents to participating in discovery and representing clients in court.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the firm's litigation efforts
• Prepare and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in the discovery process, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and responding to discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, such as hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and court rulings to ensure the firm's compliance
  

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of experience as a litigation associate, with a focus on insurance defense
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules of evidence
• Specialized expertise in insurance defense
