Duties
- Manage case files from initiation to resolution.
- Work directly with clients to address their legal needs.
- Participate actively in hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Engage in business and corporate litigation, real property disputes, land use matters, and trust and probate litigation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and Florida civil procedure preferred.
- Florida Bar membership required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the Florida Bar.
