Litigation AssociateThis opening is with one of Back Bay Staffing Group's law firm clients. Our client is a national litigation law firm who is seeking a litigation associate with at least three years of significant research and writing experience to work in their suburban Boston office. Duties include conducting investigations, overseeing discovery, and performing research and writing in furtherance of complex Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1970 (RICO) and fraud litigation. Judicial law clerk experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: legal research, drafting legal pleadings and opinion letters, and initiating and responding to discovery. Other requirements include: the ability to independently manage a busy case load, work under pressure and meet deadlines; the ability to build and foster client relationships and to accept constructive feedback; and excellent time management and organizational skills.
