Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated attorney who thrives in a high-volume litigation practice and is ready to take meaningful ownership of cases. You will handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and appear in court to oppose motions.
With dedicated staff support to maximize your billable hours and efficiency, you will be able to focus on practicing law while enjoying the benefits of your own private office.
Key Requirements
- Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing
- Minimum of three (3) years of civil litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with written discovery, depositions (taking and defending), and opposing motions in court
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulately with opposing counsel and clients
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating effectively with partners and staff
- Charismatic, reliable, and responsible professional who takes pride in their work and client relationships
