A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely from Columbus, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of practice experience and be licensed to practice law in Georgia. This role offers hands‑on experience in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception to trial, with direct client contact.

Duties

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Education
