ProspectBlue has partnered with a well-established and respected law firm in Tysons, Virginia to find a junior litigation associate with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience to join its expanding employment and business law practice. The role covers employment defense litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, general business litigation, and employment/business counseling along with related transactional work.

Requirements:
• 2 - 4 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to consistently deliver timely, high-quality work product
• Fast learner with the aptitude to build subject-matter expertise
• Comfortable in a team-oriented culture
• Current member of the Virginia bar in good standing, with no disciplinary history
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000 - $160,000, plus discretionary bonus. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, offering a 1,600 billable hours target.
