Location
Phoenix, AZ office (Hybrid position - remote and in‑office days).
Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day case development including depositions, client interaction, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management and drafting/arguing motions.
* Provide strategic litigation planning support to partners, from trial preparation through execution.
* Accept substantive responsibility from the start in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of litigation experience.
* JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
* Active member of the Arizona Bar.
* Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and high degree of independence and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding of current state and federal procedures.
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Trial experience preferred but not required.
