Are you a litigator looking for more courtroom time and real case ownership ? Our client, a highly respected litigation boutique in downtown Atlanta , is hiring a Litigation Associate to support its growing medical malpractice defense practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney ready to take the lead on depositions , contribute to trial strategy , and grow alongside a seasoned, collaborative trial team.

• Walk into an active caseload from day one
• Get real second‑chair trial experience and regular court appearances
• Mentorship provided especially for attorneys newer to med‑mal or trial work
• The firm has excellent retention and a strong reputation for investing in its attorneys
• No artificial partnership track; advancement is based on performance

• 2 – 6 years of litigation experience (med‑mal preferred, but insurance defense and product liability also considered)
• Comfortable handling depositions, court appearances, and client communication
• Strong writing, confidence in motion practice, and a proactive mindset
• An attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom or is eager to get there

• $120K – $180K base salary depending on experience
• Discretionary bonuses
