Manage and support civil litigation cases from initial pleadings through resolution. Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research, evaluate evidence, and develop effective case strategies. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex disputes and trial preparation. Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality legal work.
1+ years of professional civil litigation experience; Experience drafting litigation documents, conducting discovery, and performing legal research.
Willingness to work primarily from our Jacksonville or Boca Raton office.
