Litigation Associate Attorney
Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County) | Full-Time
A growing law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of litigation experience to manage a full caseload from start to finish. Personal injury experience is a plus. This hands-on role offers courtroom exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of your cases.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage litigation matters from discovery through trial
- Take and defend client, witness, and expert depositions
- Draft and respond to discovery and motions, including summary judgment
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings
- Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys
- Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-5 years of litigation experience
- Active Pennsylvania bar license
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Trial experience or exposure preferred
- Ability to manage cases independently
