Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts connected to M&A, private equity, and capital markets activity.
- Draft sample agreements and legal clauses using experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
- Assess legal scenarios and deliver structured commentary supporting AI model development, including matters involving data privacy and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and maintain accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
- Help develop legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
- Take part in iterative feedback cycles to refine training data for legal precision and practical applicability.
- JD from a U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm, with exposure to litigation and complex transactional matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate sophisticated legal reasoning to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate remotely and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail in high-stakes legal settings.
- Experience developing or applying structured review rubrics is preferred but not required.
