Our client has an opening for a Litigation Associate Attorney for their highly respected boutique law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful courtroom experience, direct mentorship from experienced trial lawyers, and a long-term career with a collaborative litigation practice.
This firm represents businesses, commercial property owners, developers, investors, and other organizations in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Associates work closely with partners from the outset, receive substantial client interaction, and are encouraged to take ownership of their cases.

Litigation Associate Attorney (3-5 Years)

Our client has an opening for a Litigation Associate Attorney for their highly respected boutique law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful courtroom experience, direct mentorship from experienced trial lawyers, and a long-term career with a collaborative litigation practice.
This firm represents businesses, commercial property owners, developers, investors, and other organizations in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Associates work closely with partners from the outset, receive substantial client interaction, and are encouraged to take ownership of their cases.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts
- Assist with and, when appropriate, take an active role in bench and jury trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys while progressively assuming greater responsibility for client matters
- Develop trusted relationships with clients through practical, business-focused legal counsel
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Approximately 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, commercial real estate litigation, construction litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters
- Experience preparing for trial and participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, or trial proceedings
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously
- Desire to continue developing as a trial attorney within a collaborative environment

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
