A leading complex litigation group is hiring a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to defend blue chip clients in high-stakes, national and international matters, with a focus on product liability and commercial disputes in aviation and transportation.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
What you'll bring:
- Strong writing background (clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication)
- Full litigation lifecycle experience: discovery, motions, expert work, trial
- Superior academic credentials
- Strong grasp of complex legal issues spanning contract, jurisdiction, choice-of-law, and admiralty law
- Appellate clerkship experience strongly preferred
A technical background in aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences is a plus.
