Role Overview
Apply your litigation and transactional legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis, drafting, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets activities.
- Draft sample agreements and legal clauses informed by experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity matters.
- Evaluate legal scenarios and provide structured commentary for AI model development, including work involving data privacy and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and support accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
- Help develop legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve training data for legal precision and practical applicability.
Qualifications
- JD from a U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm, with litigation and complex transactional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain sophisticated legal reasoning to varied audiences.
- Proven remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities in high-stakes legal settings.
- Experience developing or applying structured review rubrics is preferred, but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote, contract engagement.
Compensation
- $140 to $400 per hour.
