Litigation Associate
Direct Counsel is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys seeking to work on high-stakes litigation matters, including mass torts, complex commercial disputes, and product liability cases.
Associates in this role will collaborate with a nationally recognized litigation team and gain exposure to sophisticated, high-profile cases across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including case development and strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations
- Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Work closely with senior attorneys on mass tort, product liability, and complex commercial litigation matters
- Manage deadlines and contribute to overall litigation strategy
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of litigation experience, including mass torts, complex commercial litigation, and/or product liability matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required

Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $225,000 – $390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structures. The firm also offers a robust benefits package for attorneys and employees.
