This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on complex business and commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities
* Handle general business and complex commercial litigation matters.
* Participate in motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
* Contribute to high-profile cases in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* Manage projects independently and work with others to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
* JD from an ABA-accredited law school
* 3+ years of litigation experience (motions, depositions, trial prep)
* Background in general business or complex commercial litigation
* Strong academic credentials, references, and legal research/writing skills
* Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively
* Alaska Bar admission or eligibility preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Persuasive communication and influencing skills
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Compensation
* Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
* Bonuses: Productivity and merit-based bonus eligibility
