This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation team handling a broad mix of commercial, regulatory and complex disputes. Key Responsibilities
* Represent clients across a range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters
* Draft motions, pleadings and substantive briefs
* Manage discovery in complex litigation matters
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel
* Support case strategy and trial preparation
Who You Are
* 3rd-5th year litigation associate with transferable experience
* Strong academic credentials
* Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
* Experience managing discovery and motion practice
* Strong communication skills and client-facing ability
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters
* Admitted to the Alabama Bar
Compensation
Salary Range: $250,000 - $315,000 (DOE)
