Whitman Legal Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-established boutique law firm located in Midtown Manhattan. Our client is seeking an attorney with 5 years of substantive commercial litigation experience who is comfortable handling matters with a high level of responsibility in a small, collaborative firm environment.
Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare written legal analyses. Manage discovery, including document review, production, and depositions. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Approximately 5 years of commercial litigation experience . Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on boutique law firm environment.
