Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch - 90 Day Training
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Conduct 1-2 open houses weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Consult with buyers, show them homes and write offers
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers & buyers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
