Manager, Americas

In this role, you will manage daily interactions with regional FX Market Makers (banks) and Takers (hedge funds). You will analyze trading data, manage tag/client mappings, and optimize the liquidity pool to ensure an optimal trading ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with early-career finance exposure to transition into a high-visibility, growth-oriented role in institutional fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Manageme nt: Partner with regional Market Makers and Takers to secure liquidity commitments and optimize flow monetization.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the first line of interaction for regional clients, promptly troubleshooting execution queries, platform operations, and performance KPIs.
• Internal Collaboration

  Work closely with regional sales teams to drive platform engagement, identify potential clients, and support lead generation.

  
  

• Strategy Executi on: Develop and implement localized strategies to drive business expansion tailored specifically to the Americas market.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Finance-related discipline.
• Experience

  1–3 years of experience in Liquidity Management, Capital Markets, or institutional fintech. Foundational knowledge of FX Spot and NDF markets is highly beneficial (comprehensive onboarding and mentorship will be provid
