Job TitleThe resource will be responsible with coordinating between a software vendor and multiple business and IT areas to complete application and database code deployments across multiple environments.Provide day to day support and maintenance of the MDMS and related AMI Systems to all users of the AMI environmentApplication monitoring and configurationResponding to in house developed alertsLiaison and work with various IT teams within the IT departmentImplement infrastructure and application upgradesExecute multi-system integration end to end with user acceptance test for supported applications within the AMI environmentProblem management and root cause analysisWork with vendors to configure and install products in multiple environments from development, testing through to production.Participate in disaster recovery drills from beginning to end configuring MDMS to function on failed over environment.Skills & RequirementsProficient with Linux, SQL Query Tools, SQL Developer, Shell scripting is a must, Excel, XML, CSV, JSON, Python, Data Manipulation & transformation, Log file analysis.
